Found not to far away from the ancient city of Ephesus, Kusadasi belongs to the province of Aydin. Set along the peninsula of Guvercin Ada, Kusadasi is a popular resort town and is the main port for cruise ships heading to Ephesus.

Kusadasi draws over half a million visitors each year with most visitors arriving from Turkey, and other parts of Europe particularly the northern parts. Kusadasi is home to over 65,764 and has been inhabited since as far back as 3000 B.C.

Kusadasi features many other sights to see while you are visiting this charming town. Be sure to visit the city's mosque that dates back to 1618 and is known as Kaleici Camii. There are a variety of beaches to choose from with the Ladies Beach, although this beach is not exclusively for ladies only any more.
