Fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. Appliances in the kitchen is a fridge, microwave, cooking utensils and a dishwasher. Sit around the dining table with seating for 6 in the dining area. One toilet on this floor as well as the utility room. Up some steep steps to the second floor is the living room to watch TV. Fixed internet connection is useful. There is a play corner that is perfect for little tykes! The third floor leads to the first of two bedrooms with two separate single beds in each one.

The fourth floor find the third bedroom ensuite with two single separate beds. The bathroom with toilet and separate shower provides privacy. Fifth and final floor you will discover the 4th bedroom which has a doublebed and a third toilet. Extras: WIFI on all floors. Bedside tables and lamps. Sheets, blankets, bed linens and towels are provided.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
Damage Deposit (refundable) - 250 euros
Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
