The city of Valletta dates far back as the 16th century and truly worth visiting. Malta's beautiful capital city is set between two enchanting harbours of the Grand Harbour and the Marsamxett Harbour.

A trip to the Grand Harbour must not be missed which is a world heritage site. There is no better place to see some of the best views of Valletta than the Upper Barraka Gardens, and the evenings are just as popular amongst the romantics.

One of the most popular destinations is known as Hal Saflieni Hypogeum which is an underground temple that was hand carved out of limestone and is over 5,000 years old.

Not to be forgotten is St Johns Cathedral which is truly a sight to see with its spectacular decorations and beautiful marble floors.
