One of the most well known museums in the city, and most popular places to visit, is The Beatles Story in Albert Dock. Other Beatles attractions in Liverpool are Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields and their homes.
Liverpool Cathedral, the life's work of Sir Giles Gilbert Scott is the largest church in Britain and the largest Anglican cathedral in the world. This neo-Gothic cathedral stands at the southern end of Hope Street in the centre of the city also contains the world's third largest church bell and operational organ which features 9,765 pipes. The tower of the Liverpool Cathedral stands at 101 metres and offers beautiful views over the city.
The Beatles Story Museum is one of the most popular museums and attractions in Liverpool and is situated on the city's historic Albert Dock. The Beatles Story Museum houses many Beatles memorabilia including John Lennon's round glasses, George Harrison's first ever guitar, the only 'blue' White Album in existance and a full size replica of the Cavern Club where The Beatles met future manager Brian Epstein.
