Situated in Southern Bohemia, Èeský Krumlov is a small city that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Èeský Krumlov features architecture of Medieval, Baroque and Renaissance periods. The only way to get to Èeský Krumlov is by bus or train.

Èeský Krumlov most popular attraction is the Èeský Krumlov Castle which dates back to the 13th century and is the second largest castle within the Czech Republic. Visiting the old town of Èeský Krumlov should not be missed which is built in a horseshoe like shape along the river.

Èeský Krumlov is town filled with culture and if you are planning on visiting during June you will be in for a treat with the towns famous Five-Petalled Rose Festival. The locals go back in time and wear traditional costumes from the Middle Ages. The grand finale is the spectacular display of fireworks above the castle.

There are a variety of museums and art gallery's worth visiting while you are here. If museums are not for you and your more of an outdoors person then there are a variety of activities ranging from horseback riding to touring through the streets of this historical town.
