This historical city whose architecture dates back to Roman times boasts many fascinating sights that should not be missed. Dating back to the 12th century, the Cathedral of Saint Anastasia is the largest church in the city and Dalmatia. Zadar is also home to numerous museums and art galleries such as the National Museum, the Permanent Exhibition of Sacral Art.

You can get to Zadar through a variety of means of transportation with buses being the most popular, followed by trains and planes. There are also ferries connecting Zadar with the surrounding islands.
