Trogir

General Information about Trogir

Trogir, which has been listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site is pristinely located along the Adriatic within the Split Dalmatia County. Home to over 13,000 residents Trogir is closely neighboured by Seget and Zedno locate on the island of Ciovo. This historical town has been inhabited since as far back as the third century B.C and boasts a stunning harbour that is lined with magnificent yachts and boats.

The architecture of Trogir is of particular interest with examples from many of history's architectural influences such as Baroque, Gothic, Renaissance and Romanesque styles. One of the most visited sites to explore through while you are here is the city's Historical city centre which boast a variety of 13th century architecture.

Getting to Trogir is easy with regular buses and the town 's close proximity to the Split Airport.
