Makarska

General Information about Makarska

Makarska, which is listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts some spectacular views of the Biokovo mountain and the coastline of the Adriatic Sea. Home to over 13,000 residents, Makarska is recorded as being known by the names of Inaronia and Muccurum. Makarska is one of Croatia's most popular holiday destinations with its serene surroundings, a amazing harbour with shimmering green peninsulas.
