Overview

Villa Klothilde*** is a centrally located and relaxed family-run establishment. The skilifts are just behind our house and the centre of Zell am See, it's lake, which is wonderfull for skating or just walking from one side to the other, the recreational centre with swimming-hall, sauna, solarium and bowling are all only a few minutes away on foot! There is a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops in our part of the town.

Due to the renovation in autumn 2003 we may offer you new appartements and rooms at top standard! Also new this winter is our elevator and a fire protection plant for the whole house and of course our breakfast-buffet!

Arriving with your car - you got a safe parking lot just in front of our house! Arriving by train - you have only 2 minutes walking disdance to our house!

Location / Directions

From Germany:
The easiest way is to take the A8 Munich-Salzburg Motorway and exit at Siegsdorf. Then drive through Lofer and past Saalfelden to Zell am See. At the end of the town you will see the restaurant Kupferkessel on your right-hand side. Turn right at the traffic lights and you will see the hotel on the right side.

From Italy:
Take the A10 Motorway towards Salzburg and exit at Bischofshofen and follow the signs towards Zell am See. At the beginning of the town you will see the restaurant Kupferkessel on your left-hand side. Turn left at the traffic lights and you will see the hotel on the right.

From Switzerland:
Take the Inntal highway, exit at Wörgl towards the Felber-Tauern Tunnel and then continue through Wörgl - Kitzbühel, Mittersill/Zell am See. At the beginning of the town you will see the restaurant Kupferkessel on your left-hand side. Turn left at the traffic lights and you will see the hotel on the right.
